This is an appeal from the dismissal by the District Court, on motion of defendant, of a complaint in the nature of a bill of review, after removal on grounds of diversity of citizenship from the state court in which it was filed, and denial of plaintiffs motion to remand for lack of jurisdiction over the subject matter of her complaint. Defendant was a citizen and resident of Ohio at the time of the decree sought to be reviewed as well as of the date of the filing of this suit.
